1. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from BrokerOS, operated by BrokerOS ("BrokerOS," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to receive SMS messages related to your interactions with our business. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service-related notifications, customer support communications, and other transactional messages related to services you request from BrokerOS. If you separately opt in to receive marketing communications, you may also receive promotional messages about our auto detailing services, special offers, promotions, and other business updates.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and consent to receive text messages from BrokerOS at the number provided.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BrokerOS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with BrokerOS, including appointments, service requests, and other communications.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying CANCEL, QUIT, STOP, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE or END to any text message you receive from BrokerOS. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. BrokerOS is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

7. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your use of our SMS messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to the SMS Messaging Program

BrokerOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS messaging program at any time. We may also update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this Terms of Service page with an updated effective date.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 609-200-0340. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part BrokerOS Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with BrokerOS, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
